Creative Support Ltd aims to take an atmosphere of care and support, enabling our clients to live as full, interesting and independent lifestyle as possible.
Create Support currently provides Supported Living services in the Hampshire locality. Create support operates our Live-in Care services throughout all the counties.

What we do differently
Create Support provides services which are person-focused, providing a care and support team which is highly trained with the knowledge and understanding of the principles of the delivery of care and support.
We strongly believe our foundations in turn provide value of money and liable and responsive to client's needs and preferences. We offer a unique service in line with the personalisation model of care. Create Support provides support with: Personal care which includes washing, shaving, getting dressed, assistance with hair and make up, personalised social activities of your choice, reassurance and companionship, Support with feeding if required, meals preparation such as cooking, menu planning, shopping, Medication management, needed, feeding, cooking, dressing and socialising. This is not an exhaustive list as we will have a clearer idea of your requirements after our initial assessment.
Create Support takes its duties around the safe delivery of care and support, this means all staff within the companionship and regulated model will be expected to comply with Create Support Safer Recruitment process this includes a robust recruitment process, Enhanced Disclosure (DBS) Checks, and checks against the Protection of Vulnerable Adults Register.

Our team has the expertise in the development and delivery of individual care plans, support plans and life skills teaching, enabling many clients to achieve greater independence. All Creative Support Ltd staff will have the appropriate qualifications, skills, experience, attitude and aptitude to assist you in anyway.
