Live-in care.

Our clients vary from the frail elderly to younger people with varied learning and/or physical disabilities, Dementia, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neuron disease, Cerebral Palsy, Brain Injury, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Behaviours of concern within their own homes.

Live-in care over the years has become a preferred option for people with high care needs rather than the traditional option of a residential care home. The need for live-in care has increased tenfold over the past year, especially due to the current health pandemic and the concerns related to COVID management in some care homes.

What is live-in care?

Live-in care means you have a fully trained carer or support worker who stays in your own home for an agreed period of time, this can be short or long term depending on your care or support needs. Live in care enables you to receive care or support solely for yourself rather than your staff member being shared with others such as in residential care. This means  your care package is individualised to your needs only, promoting continued independence where possible in your own home and your local community.

Create Support believes this provides greater confidence and reassurance with family members who may not have the time to look after their loved ones full time.

What we offer

Regulated Care

The Create Support fully managed package provides you with direct contact with our experienced social care practitioners who are at hand to deal with any urgent concerns. Create Support regulated packages are regulated by Care Quality Commission and we are legally bound to work within the fundamental standards developed by the Care Quality Commission.

Introductory Care

Introductory Care is where you manage the care model and Create Support provides a platform which connects you with a group of carers who are trained and experienced to deliver the care required to you or your loved one. The management of that care is then between you or your loved one, and the allocated carer. The care element is not directly managed by Create Support, and not regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
